Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website (https://aadams.nu) is the informational website of Aadams Family Restaurant (Aadams), located at Julianastraat 19, 4273 CD Hank.

No tracking on this website

By default, this website does not place tracking or marketing cookies. No Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar tracking is used. That's why we don't show an extensive cookie banner: it simply isn't needed as long as nothing is being tracked.

Should analytics be added in the future, correct consent will be requested first, in line with applicable law.

Functional cookies

This website may use technically necessary, functional settings (for example, to make the mobile menu work correctly or remember your language choice). These are not tracking cookies and do not require consent.

Orders

Once Aadams offers online ordering, this will run through an external ordering environment. The privacy policy of that ordering environment will then apply to the processing of your data when placing an order (such as name, address and payment details).
